摘要
从当前配电网络运行管理发展的角度来看,配变低压联络具有提高用户供电可靠性和运行变压器的负载率、降损节电等优点。对南京地区负荷特点进行了分析,并从配变损耗的理论计算与验证、试点小区实测数据的比较分析等几个方面进行了论证。结果表明,在缺电的形势下,低压联络可在配电网中较好地起到提高供电可靠性和降损节电的作用。
From the point of the present development of distribution network operation management, low voltage liaison net of distribution transformer has the character of improving power reliability and operational transformer loading rate and decreasing line loss. Through analyzing the character of the load in Nanjing and calculating theory loss, the results prove that low voltage liaison net can improve power reliability and decrease line loss effectively in the situations of power shortage.
