摘要
实现了基于兼容MCS51的8位处理器的PSTN固定电话短信终端的SOC设计。阐述了短信终端的SOC解决方案,包括双音多频信号的编解码、频移键控信号的调制解调、输入信号的1比特量化、输出信号的脉宽调制和滤波,降低了功耗和设计复杂度,减少了数模接口的数量。
The achievement that SMS ( short message service ) thrived in GSM leads to the extension toPSTN ( public switched telephone network ). A SOCofSMTE (shortmessageterminal equipment) is designed based onMCS51 compatible 8bit MCUcore. DedicatedDTMF, FSK transmitter and receiver using 1 bit quantification are presented. By this means, this design saves analog to digital converter, improves design reusability remarkably and reduces power consumption.
