摘要 提出了碳钢管束失效的远场涡流检测技术,主要包括远场涡流检测原理、试样制备、检测灵敏度选择和检测仪器及操作条件等。应用于加氢反应流出物空冷器碳钢管束腐蚀失效的现场检测,该方法能快速、有效地实现带翅片碳钢管束的远场无损检测。 The method of remote field eddy testing is presented for the fault finding of the carbon steel tubes. According to the conditions of field test, the theory of remote field eddy testing, the standard reference, testing sensitivity, the testing instrument and the suggested testing rules are shown. It is prospected for its application in the field test of the corrosive fault of the carbon steel tubes of reactor effluent air coolers. The results of remote field eddy testing without scathe for the fault of the carbon steel wing tubes show that the method is fast and effective.
