摘要
以SX2系列箱式电阻炉SX2-4-10为研究对象,对XMT系列温控仪表进行改造,提出并设计了一整套基于单片机的温度检测与控制系统,论述了PID控制的原理及在电阻炉温控系统中的应用,采用了归一化参数整定方法,并进行了仿真运行,取得了较为满意的结果。
On the object of Resistance Furnace SX2 -4 -10 Series SX, the XMT serial temperature control instrument is refitted. A temperature control system based on single - chip microprocessor is proposed and designed. The PID control and the application on the temperature control system of Resistance Furnace Cabinet are discussed. A method of Parameters Normalizing turning is put into used and simulated. The simulation result shows that this system could achieve quite good control performance.
