摘要
将由机床热变形引起的、决定工件加工误差的工件与刀具间相对热位移通过机床数控系统的外部机床坐标系偏置来实现实时补偿,并研制开发了高精度、低成本、满足实际加工要求的热误差实时补偿控制器.经数家企业实际生产使用,数控机床的加工精度大幅度提高,从而验证了本方法的正确性和本实时补偿控制器的有效性.
Thermal error is one of the most significant factors affecting the accuracy of machine tools. A real-time thermal error compensation controller was developed based on the computer numerical control (CNC) shift function of external coordinate system. The technology of real-time thermal error compensation was implemented on NC machine tools in several plants, and the precision of the NC machine tools are improved greatly, which verifies the correctness of the method and the effectiveness of the controller.
