摘要 以某工程车用油气弹簧为研究对象,考虑了油液的可压缩性、刚度的非线性及活塞与液压缸壁之间的动摩擦力等因素的影响,建立了油气弹簧非线性数学模型,并对不同激振频率和幅值的油气弹簧进行仿真分析.仿真曲线与试验数据的比较结果表明,两者基本吻合,从而验证了油气弹簧数学模型是正确的.基于建立的油气弹簧数学模型,分别对油气弹簧的刚度频率特性、不同速度时的阻尼特性以及不同流量时阻尼阀进出口处的压力差进行了仿真分析. Taking a hydro-pneumatic spring in off-road vehicle as study object, this paper built the nonlinear mathematical model of hydro-pneumatic spring. The compression of oil, the nonlinear stiffness of air spring and dynamic friction between the piston and wall of cylinder are taken into account. The model is simulated by different frequencies and amplitudes of sine wave. The comparison between the simulative results and experimental data proves the validity of the nonlinear model. Based on the correct mathematical model, the characteristics of stiffness and frequencies, the characteristics of damping with different velocity and pressure drop of damping valve with different flowrate were analyzed.
