摘要
在筛选出最佳发酵培养基的基础上,对毛头鬼伞富铬深层发酵培养条件进行了优化.以有机铬产量为主要指标,筛选出的最佳发酵培养条件为:CrCl3·6H2O的添加量为200mg/L,培养基初始为自然pH,接种量为8%~10%,装液量为80mL/250mL三角瓶,转速100r/min,26℃恒温培养5d,有机铬的产量达1597.88μg/100mL发酵液,铬富集率达9.09%.
Submerged fermentation parameters for the chromium-rich mycelia of Coprinus comatus was studied in optimal medium. According to the yield of organic Cr, the optimal fermentation parameters were obtained as follows: the amount of CrCl3 6H2O in medium was 200mg/L; the inoculation volume was 8%~10%; the aeration ratio was 80:250 ( medium volume: flask volume) ; the cultural period was 5 days at 26℃ and at 100r/min. The highest yield of organic Cr in mycelia of Coprinus comatus was 1597.88μg/100mL and the enrichment rate of Cr was about 9.09%.
