摘要
选取了19个冬小麦品种,分别在籽粒满仁期、灌浆中期和蜡熟期取样分析多酚氧化酶同工酶谱的变化。试验结果表明,满仁期多酚氧化酶同工酶谱带最多,随后,低分子量区多酚氧化酶同工酶谱带浓度不断下降,至蜡熟期,低分子量区同工酶谱带已很微弱,收获干燥后的籽粒未检测到同工酶谱带。在籽粒同一发育时期,品种间同工酶谱带非常相似。这些变化对研究成熟小麦籽粒中多酚氧化酶活性变异的原因具有重要意义。
Ninty wheat varieties were selected to determine the isozymes oti polyphenol oxidase at various stages dunng wheat kernel Oevelopraent. lhe results showed that 9 PPO isozyme bands was detected in the immature kernels. The isozymes was more plentiful at stage of grain forming. Afterwards, the band density of low molecular weight isozyme were gradually decreased. At grain maturity, the band density of low molecular weight isozyme were very faint. No bands of isozyme was detected from grain harvested and dried. At same stage of grain development, the isozyrne patterns of different varieties were sinailar. These conclusions were important for detecting cause of variation in polyphenol oxidase activity of wheat varieties.
