摘要
研究了不同培养基与光照强度对马铃薯脱毒试管苗组培快繁的影响。结果表明:液体培养基优于固体培养基,使用大量元素减半的1/2MS液体培养基对培养结果无显著影响;在培养过程中,充分利用自然光照可以节约电能。两者结合可有效降低生产成本。
In the industrial production of potato seeding with virus-free, it's possible to use many ways to cut down cost. The liquid medium compared with solid medium,and the former was much better than later. Using 1/2 MS liquid medium in which plenty element was halved to plant had little obvious effect on the result. Making the most use of natural sunlight could save electricity power in the plentiful production process. The combination of the both will decrease the cost effectively.
