摘要
联盟绩效评价是战略联盟管理的重要内容。本文在综合评价的基础上,利用平衡记分卡的基本思想,结合集值统计和线性规划方法,提出了一种战略联盟绩效评价方法。应用说明了该模型的有效性。
Performance-evaluation of alliance has been an important content in the management of stratagemical alliance. In this paper a new method of performance-evaluation is established by the basic ideas of balanced scorecard and combining the ways of set-valued statistics with linear programming, and it shows the effectiveness of model in applied example.
