摘要 本文从15N标记法估算微生物对宿主动物氨基酸的体内自平衡调节作用、微生物合成氨基酸的氮来源、影响肠道微生物合成氨基酸的饲粮因素及微生物氨基酸在肠道吸收等方面,综述了近年来关于消化道微生物对单胃动物氨基酸自平衡调节作用。 Recent research advance in the modulation of gastrointestinal microflora to amino acid homeostasis of the host animals was reviewed in this paper, which covered the estimation of microbial contribution to amino acid homeostasis of the host by ^15N labeling paradigm, nitrogen sources for microbial amino acid synthesis, dietary effects on intestinal microbial essential amino acid synthesis, and absorption of microbial amino acid from intestine.
