摘要
本文从简化工艺路线的角度出发,研究了以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,丙烯腈与木薯淀粉接枝共聚制备高吸水树脂的反应,并系统进行了一些变量的研究。实验结果表明最佳反应条件为丙烯腈浓度为1.0~1.5mol/L;引发剂浓度5.0~7.5×10^(-3)mol/L;反应温度20~30℃。
The graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile onto tapioca starch was investigated by using eerie ammonium nitrate as initiator. Tapioca starch is one of main sources of starch in Souch China and it is cheap and easily modified by chemicals. When grafted with AN, it can be used as water absorbent In this paper, many effects on the grafting were discussed. The results show that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows: the concentration of AN is 1.0~1. 5mol/L, the concentration of initiator is 5. 0~7. 5×10-3mol/L the temperature is 20~30℃.
