本文介绍了用氯仿—无水乙醇作溶剂,不经分离提取,利用UV—160A分光光度计(注:机内带电脑)进行三波长分光光度法测定,排除小儿退热栓中基质和微量抗氧剂的干扰,直接测定扑热息痛的含量。此法简单、快速和准确。

This paper introduces determination of content of Suppository Antipyretic Pro Infantibus directly by Three-wavelength Spectrophotometry with solution of Suppository Antipyretic Pro Infantibus in chloroform-absolute alcohol, to remove obstruction of bases and micro antioxidant (Sodium Metabisulfite). This is a simple, quick and accurate method in quantative analysis.
