摘要
从农药厂的活性污泥中分离到一株能完全矿化农药敌敌畏的菌(Ochrobactrium sp.),命名为DDV-1.利用5因素3水准L18(35)的正交实验确定其最适生长条件为: 葡萄糖 1 g L-1,硝酸铵 0.5 g L-1,NaCL 1 g L-1,装液量 30 ml 150ml-1,pH 7.0,30℃,180 r min-1,摇床培养;土壤实验表明,敌敌畏和降解菌在土壤中都具有一定的移动性,在本实验中,降解菌的活动范围是0~12 cm深的土层,并能对0~4 cm土层中的敌敌畏降解率为100%.
A dichlorvos - mineralizing bacterium named DDV - 1 (Ochrobactrium sp.) was successfully isolated from activated sludge. The condition of best growth of strain DDV - 1 was studied by the L18 (35) orthogonal design experiment : Glucose 1 g L^-1 ,Ammonium nitrate 0.5 g L^-1 ,Sodiam chloride 1 g L^-1 , liquid content 30 ml 150ml^-1 pH value 7.0, 30℃, 180 r min^-1,incubate on shaker. Soil experiment indicated that dichlorvos and strain DDV-1 could move in soil. Strain DDV - 1 focused on 0 - 12 cm and degraded completely dichlorvos in 0 -4 cm.
