摘要
讨论了润滑挤出成型技术,即如何在挤出物料与模壁间形成一层润滑层,从而降低塑料挤出物料各点间的剪切速率差异,减小挤出产品的变形,同时能够实现在低温、低能耗条件下提高高粘度聚合物的挤出速度。
The lubricating extrusion moulding is described. A lubricant layer is formed between extrusion materials and die wall so that the differences of shearing rates in varios points of extrusion materials and the defonnation of products are decreased whfle the extrusion rate of high viscosity polymer is increased in lower temperature and energy consumption.
