On Solon's Legislation

梭伦改革对于雅典民主政治的建立起到了奠基作用。但梭伦不仅仅是一位改革者,而且还是一位立法者。梭伦立法活动一方面保证了民主政治的确立;另一方面,他的立法活动在西方法制史上占据着重要地位。关注梭伦改革一系列内容,必须关注他的立法和法律实践活动。梭伦的立法和实践活动保证了他所推行的各项改革措施的落实。梭伦也把公平与正义注入到他的立法中,但这种公平与正义是奴隶制时代的产物,不可能是超阶级的。

Solon＇s legislation and practical activities ensures other reform measurements put forward by Solon. Solon also intruduces justice to his legislation. But as a result of slavery time, this kind of justice can not exceed its own class.
