我国卫星式中小企业集群共生的模型分析

Analysis of the Model of the Medium-and Small-sized Subordinate Enterprises Cluster

中小企业集群过程可以降低群体企业内的生产和交易成本,形成稳定、牢固的专业化生产与协作关系,共享信息和相关技术成果。但企业集群过程中,核心企业和卫星企业之间也存在一个相对均衡点,超过均衡点以后,部分卫星企业将由于生产交易成本上升,导致不经济而转产甚至退出集群。因此,政府在规划发展企业集群过程中,应加大对核心企业的扶持力度,以带动卫星企业的发展。

In the process of enterprises clusters, the medium - and small - sized enterprises can reduce their productive and trade costs, form stable and firm specialized relationship of production and cooperation, and share the information and other technical achievement. Meanwhile, there is the equalibrium point between the subordinate enterprises and the dominant enterprises which needs to be balanced. Otherwise, the rise of the productive and trade costs will lead to the change of the production of a few subordinate enterprises. Moreover, some subordinate enterprises even have to withdraw from the enterprises clusters. Therefore, the government should enlarge their support to the dominant enterprises to push forward the development of the subordinate enterprises in the process of programming, developing the enterprises clusters.
