从学术史角度观察,社会学领域的一种新兴分支学科——空间社会学的起源和发展过程分为三个阶段,而齐美尔、列斐伏尔和吉登斯分别是这三个阶段的代表性学者。通过展示空间社会研究从古典社会学到现代社会学的演变,表明了空间在本质上是一种社会的产物。对于社会学来说,从空间观察社会是推动社会学发展的一种新颖且有力的前沿方法,值得学界的关注和推广。

From the perspective of academic history, the origin and development of spatial sociology, a new branch of sociology consist of three steps, each of which has its own representative. The study of spatial sociological evolution from classical to modern sociology shows that space is a social product in nature. Studying society from space is an advanced and effective method of sociological development, therefore, worthy of concern in academic circles.
