摘要
研究了表面覆层焊丝用于纯氩M IG焊接的特点和可行性,初步研制成功了一种纳米复合体系表面覆层,并对带有该覆层的高强钢气体保护焊丝进行了焊接试验。试验结果表明,表面覆层焊丝用于纯氩M IG焊接,焊缝金属具有和TIG焊相近的纯净度,其力学性能和抗裂性能优良,是潜在的高强度钢材高质高效焊接的首选焊接方法。
The characteristics and feasibility of metal argon gas welding with coated solid-wire were researched. A nanometer composite coating was developed, which gave the wire a sound weldability during metal argon gas welding. The welding tests showed that the deposited metal with the coated solid-wire had higher mechanical poperties and cold cracking resistance because of its lower oxygen and diffusible hydrogen content compared to that of TIG welded. It could be concluded that metal argon gas welding with coated solid-wire could be a potential method to weld high strength steels with high efficiency and quality.
