摘要
已有高层建筑的改建、改造通常涉及到现有结构的抗震加固,以满足新规范的要求。提出结构抗震加固应从实际情况出发,以刚度适宜为主要原则,即避免刚度太小或者太大和有效控制扭转,对于刚度布置不合理的结构有必要实施部分拆除策略,即拆除部分布置不合理的抗震墙。列举3个工程实例,以说明实施拆除策略进行加固的必要性。
Remodeling and reconstruction of an existing tall building are usually related to seismic retrofit in order to satisfy the demands on new designing code. Structural seismic retrofit should be done according to the actual situation. Based on the main principle of proper stiffness of structure which means avoiding too small or large stiffness and effectively controlling torsion, strategy of partial demolition is suggested for the structures with unreasonable stiffness distribution. Three engineering cases are listed here to demonstrate the necessity of the strategy of demolition for structural retrofit.
