摘要 本文分3个部分:首先,简要地介绍了结构方程模型;其次,以瑞典和美国的顾客满意度指数为例,介绍了结构方程模型在顾客满意度中的应用;最后,讨论了运用结构方程模型研究顾客满意度需要注意的问题。
