1-对-烯-8-硫醇β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺研究

Preparation of β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of 1-para-menthene-8-thiol

应用三因素六水平的均匀设计方法,研究了β-环糊精对1-对-烯-8-硫醇的包合作用。筛选出1-对-烯-8-硫醇β-环糊精包合物的最佳制备条件,即35℃下搅拌3.5 h,1-烯-8-硫醇与β-环糊精的质量比为1∶11时,所得包合物的产率和包合率较好,分别为91.35%和61.22%。

In this study, 3 factors and 6 levels of conditions for the preparation of the 1 - para - menthene - 8 - thiol β - cyclodextrin inclusion compound were selected by the uniform design. The optimal conditions were established as： the inclu- sion temperature 35 ℃, with inclusion time 3.5 h, 1 - para - menthene - 8 - thiol（ w ） ：β - cyclodextrin（ w ） = 1 ： 11. Under these conditions, the recovery and inclusion rate of inclusion complex were 91.35 % and 61.22 % respectively.
