摘要
研究了在四丁基溴化铵催化下,采用微波辐射由苯甲酸钠和溴代正丁烷发生亲核取代反应合成苯甲酸正丁酯。讨论了微波辐射功率、辐射时间、原料配比及催化剂用量等对酯化反应的影响。结果表明:当n(苯甲酸钠)∶n(溴代正丁烷)∶n(四丁基溴化铵)为1.0∶3.0∶0.3时,采用280 W微波辐射55 min,苯甲酸正丁酯的产率可达93.4%。
n - Butyl benzoate was synthesized with sodium benzoate and n - butyl bromide as starting materials through nucleophilic substitution reaction in the presence of catalyst of tetrabutyl ammonium bromide under microwave irradiation. Effects of the microwave irradiation power, reaction time, mole ratio of the starting materials and catalyst dosage etc on esterify reaction conversion were discussed. The results demonstrated that with microwave power of 280 W for 55 min when the mole ratio of the sodium benzoate, n - butyl bromide and tetrabutyl ammonium bromide is 1.0 : 3.0 : 0.3, the yield of n - butyl benzoate reaches 93.4 %.
