Analysis on Region Discrepancy in China's Property Insurance Demand

我国财产保险需求的地区差异性是由各个影响因素在不同地区间作用的差异性所导致的。通过选取财产保险需求的主要影响因素,利用PanelData模型,对各个影响因素在时间和地区两个截面上的作用进行综合分析,得出各主要影响因素对我国不同地区财产保险需求差异性作用的结论。

The region discrepancy in China＇s property insurance demand is due to the contribution discrepancy of various factors in different regions. This essay chooses the main factors that influence the property insurance demand and with the Panel Data model, it makes a synthetic analysis on the contributions of various factors from the sections of both time and region. According to the result of the model analysis, it concludes that different contributions of primary factors have the discrepancy in the property insurance demand in different regions.
