摘要
基于卡尔费休法,以ARMS3C440B处理器芯片为核心设计了痕量水测量仪。提出了仪器的设计方法,给出了仪器框图、受控电流源、电流控制原理及测量精度的保证措施。
Taking ARM S3C440B as the core, an instrument for measuring trace water based on Karl Fischer's method has been designed. The design method of the instrument is proposed, and the block diagram and controlled current-source as well as techniques for guaranteeing the measurement accuracy are given.
