1200例女性乳腺癌的年龄特点及二级预防

AGE ANALYSIS OF FEMALE BREAST CANCER AND SECONDARY PREVENTION——120O CASES

在上海纺织系统中乳腺癌的发病已居女性癌症的第一位。本文1200例女性乳腺癌全为纺织系统职工,按七十年代组(577例)和八十年代组(623例)进行比较分析,并讨论了女性乳腺癌的高危年龄,开展乳腺癌筛查的上下限年龄以及推行乳房自我检查教育的靶人群年龄。

Age analysis of 1200 cases of female breast cancer working under Shanghai TextileIndustry Bureau from 1973 to 1986 was reported. In the 70's group (1973-1979, 577 cases) and in the 80's group (1980-1986, 623 cases), the average age at onset was49.8, and 52. 6 years respectively. The difference between the two groups were statis-tically significant. The overall average age at diagnosis was 51.3, it was far a earlierthan white women's average (61. 0 years) in United States. From 1973 to 1986, the ageat onset and death had been deferred year by year. In the 70's 40-59 age groupaccounted for over 75% of breast cancer. In the 80's, the 40-59 group accounted onlyfor 57.9%, and 30-39 and over 60 groups accounted for 15.4%and 26.7% respec-tively. The author suggests that 40-69 is the high risk age for breast cancer, 30-69is for seleotive screening, and 25-69 is the age for breast self examination population,because this accounts for 95% of breast cancer.
