摘要
对运行7.5万h的锅炉高温过热器T91钢管的力学性能和微观组织变化进行了试验研究。结果表明:与原始管相比,运行管的屈服强度明显下降;光学显微镜下原始管与运行管的微观金相组织无明显差异,但在透射电镜观察下,明显可见微观组织中亚晶粒粗化,位错密度降低,M23C6碳化物粗化和Laves相析出并粗化。
Test studies have been carried out on mechanical properties and microstructure of high temperature superheater tubes, made of T91 boiler steel, after having been in service for 75,000 hrs. Results show that the yielding strength of the postservice tubes had decreased markedly, as compared with that of the original ones; no obvious difference in the microstructure could be discerned by optical microscopes, but with a TEM microscope, coarsening of subgrains, reduction of dislocation density, coarsening of M23C6 carbides and precipitation as well as coarsening of the Laves phase were readily observable.
