摘要
利用自行设计制造的高温冲蚀磨损强化试验装置,对流化床水冷壁管的20钢材料以及防护措施进行了高温冲蚀磨损试验研究。结果表明:最大冲蚀率出现在20°攻角,材料的冲蚀率随气流速度增大、气流温度升高和气流中磨粒密度的增大而增加。20钢的冲蚀机理包括犁削、切削和挤压成片作用,其中低攻角时以前两者为主,高攻角时以后者为主。上海金山石化热电厂CFB锅炉水冷壁管防护措施的现场使用证实:超音速电弧喷涂碳化铬合金用于锅炉管道防磨切实可行、效果优良。
Test studies on swashing caused erosion and means of wall tubes, made of Steel 20, of CFB boilers, were performed protection, under high temperature conditions, of water with a self-designed intensified erosion test rig. Test results show that highest erosion rate appears with a flow attack angle of 20~; also that erosion rate increases with the flow's velocity, temperature and particle density. Swash caused erosion of Steel 20 appears in the form of furrowing, cutting and slicing. The first two appear most conspicuously at small angles of attack, while the last one at large angles. Practical on -site application of protectix, e measures on water wall tubes of CFB boiler, as used in Shanghai Petrochemical Cogeneration Plant has proven that supersonic arc-spraying of a chromium carbide alloys is feasible and provides good protection of boiler tubes against erosion.
