基于宏观调控对上海土地需求的量化研究

QUANTITATIVE STUDY OF LAND DEMAND IN THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF SHANG-HAI UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF MACRO-CONTROL

在根据宏观经济调控对上海城市经营性用地需求规律进行分析的基础上,通过对土地需求、土地储备与土地供应的关联分析,建立BP神经网络预测模型,研究上海用地需求趋势和对具体指标进行量化分析,得出土地需求总量,提出“十一五”时期上海经济发展对经营性土地需求和土地储备的调控指标。

By analyzing the change of land demand for business use in Shanghai in accordance with the macro-economic regulation, this paper studies the trend of land demand by the BP nerve network model through investigating the relationship among land demand, land banking and land supply. Then it works out the total quantity of land demand in the development of Shanghai during 11 th five-year plan.
