烟台城市高度控制的规划研究

PLANNING STUDY ON CITY HEIGHT CON-TROL OF YANTAI

针对烟台市整体城市设计中的建筑高度控制问题进行了较为深入的论述。从城市高度控制的意义着手,分析了烟台市的城市形象定位、山水城岛的特色与高度控制的关系,将高度分区扩展到整个城市的范围,同时重点关注了高层建筑在城市中的布局问题。

This paper deals with the building height control in the urban design of Yantai. Based on the meaning analysis of city building height control, this paper states the relationship among city image orientation, feature of the city and building height control, and then divides the whole city into several sub-areas according to height control. The focus is paid on the layout of high buildings in the city.
