摘要
在恢复系选育中，强恢复力是高配合力的重要基础，亲和性是调节父母本间遗传差异，提高结实率和杂种优势水平的重要途径。两者相比较，在三系杂交稻中，恢复力起着更为重要的作用。７２５是采用爪哇型广亲和系培矮６４与高配合力舢型恢复系，明恢６３∥泰引１号／ＩＲ２６杂交选育而成，利用７２５已配制出一批穗重型超高产组合，具有广阔的利用前景。
Developed from the cross of Pei’ai 64(wide compatibility)∥/Minghui 63(indica restorer)∥Taiyin 1(indica restorer)∥IR26(indica restorer),725 is a new indica restorer line with good combining a-bility and strong restoring ability. The wide compatibility gene and the restoring genes were successfullycombined into it.Its hybrids such as Ganyou 725,ⅡYou 725 and Diyou 725 showed strong heterosis andgood disease resistance in the comparison trials. Among them,Ganyou 725 and Ⅱ You 725 have a yield ad-vantage of about 1 0%over the ckeck Shanyou 63.
