长江下游干流枯季水量分配方案研究

On water distribution plan in dry season of the lower Yangtze river

长江下游地区地处我国东部,是我国社会经济发达的地区,对水资源的需求不断增加。在枯水季节,长江下游各地区、各部门用水量大,水环境问题突出,水资源供需矛盾凸现。如何合理调配水资源、保证水资源的高效利用,需要采取系列的措施来实现,水量分配方案的研究向水资源合理配置迈出了第一步。从长江下游干流枯季区域水量分配方案原则、目标、思路出发,对长江下游干流水量分配模型、思路进行描述和探讨。

The lower area of the Yangtze river is in the east part of China,an economically developed area,and water resources demand in this area successively increases.In dry season,the water usage in various areas and various departments is large in quantity.Water environment problem is prominent and water resources supply and demand contradiction is salient.In order to reasonably distribute water resources and high efficiently use water,a series of measures should be taken.The research on water distribution plan is the first step toward reasonably distributing water resources.Starting from the principle,object,thought train of water distribution in dry season for the lower area of the Yangtze river,this paper presents and discusses the water distribution model,and thought train for the trunk stream of lower Yangtze river.
