籼型低温敏核不育系GD－2S的选育研究

Studies on Selection of Indica Rice TGMS Line GD-2S with Low Critical Temperature

介绍了ＧＤ－２Ｓ的选育经过，并初步研究了其特征特性，ＧＤ－２Ｓ属典型的低温敏型不育系。中抗稻瘟病和白叶枯病，可恢复性好，配合力强。利用它已测配出粤杂６３、粤杂０３和粤杂８９等强优新组合。

GD-2S,an indica type TGMS Iine and derived from the single cross of W7415S/17B,wassurveyed in its agronomic and fertility characteristics,The results showed that its critical temperature of fer-tility alteration was 23℃,thus it belongs to a typical TGMS Iine with low critical temperature. It had acompletely sterile period of about 114～157 d in Guangdong and about 8 months long(from mid Apr.to midDec)in Sanva,Hainan Island.GD-2S vvas 71 cm tall with the panicle size of 180～210 spikelets per pani-cle and 27 g of 1000-grain weight;its stigma exsertion rate reached 61.8%,the days from sowing to head-ing was about 96 days in the early season and nearly 71 days in the late season in Guangzhou with the leafnumber of the main culm f13.3～15.6.It showed moderate resistance to blast and bacterial blight.Bypreliminary test crossing and selection,some new hybrid combinations,such as Yuezha 63,Yuezha 03,andYuezha 89,etc,were developed.
