摘要
采用等离子体技术处理羊毛纤维,通过扫描电镜观察分析了等离子体对羊毛表面的作用及其结合形貌;研究了等离子体处理对抗菌剂吸附量、耐洗涤性的影响。结果表明,等离子体处理可对羊毛纤维表面进行刻蚀、糙化,使羊毛与抗菌剂有很好的复合性能,抗菌剂在羊毛表面分散均匀,并渗入到羊毛内部,此方法制得的抗菌羊毛,具有很好的耐洗涤性和防毡缩性。
The low temperature plasma technology is used to treat wool.The surface and combination morphology of wool are analyzed by SEM.The effect of low temperature plasma on properties of the wool/nano-antibacterial agent composite is examined in terms of antibacterial agent absorption content, fastness for washing, anti-felting-shrinkage. The results show that the surface of wool is etched, roughed by low-temperature plasma, properties of the wool/nano-antibacterial agent composite are very excellent. The antibacterial agent is dispersed equably on the surface of the antibacterial wool and there is also antibacterial agent in the wool inside. The efficiency of antibacterial and felting-shrinkage resistance are excellect.
