The quality of spinning roller has great influence on yarns quality. Grinding process of spinning roller is one of the important factors affecting the quality of spinning roller. Grinding technic and the quality of grinding tool will affect roller quality, servicing periods. It will affect the produce roller and repairing efficiency of spinning corporation. The paper analyses the results of roller grinding test and brings out the way to improve roller grinding quality. Reduce roller repairing periods and increase roller grinding efficieney through reasonably choosing grinding process.
