栽培甜菜和白花甜菜及其杂种后代染色体组型分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用栽培甜菜、白花甜菜及其种间杂交获得的VVCC、VVC、VCC后代有丝分裂中期细胞进行了染色体组型分析。描述了栽培甜菜、白花甜菜两个物种染色体的着丝点位置、绝对长度和相对长度,构成了它们的核型模式图。试验说明杂种细胞中各物种的染色体是稳定的,能相互比较,可以做为鉴定染色体的重要基础。尽管如此,由于甜菜染色体较小且相互相似。 Idiogram analysis of mitotic metaphase cell was carried out using Beta vulgaris L.B. corolliflora Zoss. and their offspring of hybrid VVCC,VVC,VCC. Centrometric position,absolute length and relative length of the two specific chromsome(B. vulgaris and B. corol-liflora)was described,and the idiogram was established.This test demonstrated that the ev-ery specific genome in hybrid cell is stable and comparable with each other,which can be re-garded as an important basis in chromosome identification. Eventhough,there is a consider-able risk of reversal-of-order because of the small and similar chromosomes.
