摘要
白沙电站调速器型号为SKDST-100。几年来,电子调节器与机械液压其他部分工作正常,但电液转换器经常阻塞、卡死,使调速器无法稳定运行,常需手动控制,遇甩负荷时易使机组过速。针对这个问题, 对调速器进行了改造,用进口步进电机加驱动器取代了电液转换器,取消了手动/自动切换电磁阀及机械开限装置,这样就克服了原电液转换器固有的毛病,使机组能够安全、稳定地运行。
The model of the hydro type-turbine governing system in Baisha hydropower station is SKDST-100. For years, electric controller and other parts of hydraulic system have been working normally, but the electrohydraulic servovalve is often blocked. Hence the hydro type-turbine governing system can't operating steadily and often need manual control. The units tend to be over speed at load shedding. For this problem, we improved the hydro type-turbine governing system by substituting the stepping motor for the electrohydraulic servovalve, then the drawback of the hydro type-turbine governing system disappeared and the units are operating stably.
