我国竞技体育在近四届奥运会连续取得重大突破,向世界展示了强劲的实力。但随着国际竞争的升温,我国竞技体育后备人才短缺,奖牌结构的“倒宝塔”趋势加剧,优势项目丧失等问题也渐次凸现。这一系列问题的存在,必然影响我国竞技体育的进一步发展。

The competitive sports in China have continually obtained important breakthrough at near four Olympic games. This displays that the strength of tournament athletics in China is powerful. But along with the exacerbation of international competition, the competitive sports in China is facing the rigorous challenge. In particular, the number of educating young talented person cannot satisfy the future demand, the medal frame presents for “pour triangle” form and the advantage of part terms is losing and so on. A series of problems will inevitably influence the condition of the competitive sports in China in the future.
