摘要
通过对我国大型体育场馆经营管理情况的研究,发现制约我国大型体育场馆发展的主要因素有:投资结构单一,设施利用效率不高,经营人才匮乏,营销手段缺乏创新,维修资金匮乏,缺乏优惠政策等。针对存在的问题提出相应的对策:理顺管理体制,完善管理制度,创新管理模式,改革人事制度,完善用人机制,加强内部管理,树立营销观念,创新营销手段等。
This paper takes the research on present state of management of large-scaled stadium and gymnasium in China, and finds out the main factors that restrict the effects of operation and management,including the single investment structure, the inefficient use of the facilities,management shortage of talents, marketing means outmoded, maintain shortage of funds, management shortage of preferential policies, etc. According to the present problems of management of the large-scaled stadium and gymnasium, it puts forward varied countermeasures, including reforming administraing system, perfect management regulations and rules, making preferential policies to attract social capital, creating management modes, reforming the personnel system, perfecting the personnel mechanism, enhancing the inner part the management, setting up marketing idea, creating marketing means, etc.
