通过对我国不同类型竞技体育队伍管理主体目标结构、特征的初步调查及评价研究,指出:我国不同类型高水平竞技体育队伍管理主体,目标设置数量多、兼顾任务杂且目标内涵雷同,呈现多元性、层次性、冲突性特征。
