摘要
运动生物反馈训练的含义与构成是指借助指示语和现代化仪器,把机体的生理信息传递给运动员,使之学会调节自己的生理机能的练习。运动生物反馈训练的实施需要通过介绍(introduction),确认(identification),模拟(simulation),转移(transformation),应用(realization)等5个阶段。大量研究认为,运动生物反馈训练在降低运动员的焦虑、提高肌肉表现水平、结合运用心理技能训练以及对提高不同运动项目的运动效果等方面均有积极的效果,但对此尚未取得完全相同的结论。提出了编制不同运动项目生物反馈训练大纲,改进测试仪器等方面的建议。
Biofeedback training refers to transmitting the bio-information of the body to the athletes to help them regulate their own physiological function by means of instructional words and modem equipments. The implement of the biofeedback training includes the following procedures : introduction, identification, simulation, transformation and realization. This research indicates that the biofeedback training displays positive effects on redueing the athletes' anxiety, enhancing the performances of muscles, integrating the mental skill training, and improving the sports impact of varied sports events. However, the study has not got the identical conclusion. The biofeedback training outlines for different events and suggestions for how to advance the testing equipments are brought forward as well.
