Process technology to improve blowing rate of slag

对宝钢高炉提高水渣冲制率的工艺技术措施进行了总结。在分析造成高炉水渣冲制率不高主要因素的基础上,针对性地制定了相应的措施。经过大量的生产实践,不仅成功实现了高炉水渣高冲制率的生产技术,最大程度地实践了对高炉炉渣的可利用性加工,而且还达到了减少资源浪费和降低高炉吨铁成本的目的。

The article analyses and summarizes the main factors causing low blowing rate of water granulated slag in blast furnace production. Corresponding measures have been made based on all factors. Having been applied for a long time to the production, these measures have not only carried out the technologies of higher blowing rate, and maximized the utilizable manufacture of slag, but also decreased the resource waste and lowed the cost of hot metal.
