Technology and equipment evolution of blast furnace in Baosteel

从高炉系统设计、炉顶设备、出铁场设备、煤气清洗系统以及自动化控制系统等方面,对宝钢高炉工艺技术和装备的演变过程进行了总结分析,认为宝钢高炉正向着大型化、自动化、长寿命、高效率、节能环保的方向迈进。

This paper summarizes the technical and equipment evolution process of blast furnace in Baosteel from the aspects of BF system design, top equipment, cast house equipment, gas cleaning system as well as automation control system, the author thinks that the blast furnace in Baosteel is being developed towards the target of large sized scale, fully automatic operation, long campaign, high efficiency, energy saving and environment protection.
