The author summarizes the experiences on blending and stacking operations in raw material yard of Baosteel and introduces the main technologies and mathematics model in the closed loop cycle of material blending and stacking, from preparation plan, blending principle, equivalent silicon cutting, operation analysis, supervision and constant improvement. These technical progresses lays solid foundation for making the raw material yard in Baosteel become the resource recycling center.
