Reconstruction of Old Test Machines Using Micro- computers and Digital Management of Laboratory

利用微机对老式材料试验机进行技术改造,建立基于微机和传感器技术的测试系统,实现试验数据的自动采集,进而对材料实验室进行数字化管理。讨论改造方案,传感器的安装以及软件特点等问题。试用表明建立的测试及管理系统可实现实验数据的自动采集、分析和处理,自动生成报告,可以提高材料试验机的试验精度和提高实验室管理水平。

Computer is used to reconstruct old material test machines. A test system based on computer and sensors is built so that the test data can be collected automatically and material laboratory be managed digitally. The reconstruction plan, sensors installation and software particulars are discussed. The trial run shows that the established system can collect data, analyze and process data, and prepare report automatically. The new system can improve the precision of test machine and enhance the management level of laboratory.
