摘要 对60Coγ辐射作用于淀粉的机理进行了探讨,分析了吸收剂量对淀粉数均分子量、粘度和粘度热稳定性的影响,对其反应机理进行了研究,指出:经电离辐射后淀粉产生的裂解、(氢)过氧化物和陷落自由基对淀粉的性能有着决定性的影响作用。 Mechanism of radiation function of ^60Coγ on starch was discussed, influence of absorbent dose on starch number-average molecular weight, viscosity and thermal stability was given, and the reaction mechanism was also researched. The result shows cracking, peroxide and alkyl free radical have decisive function in starch property,
