Generating Reasons and Eliminating Measures of Transmission Vibration of Roving Frame

分析了粗纱机上万向联轴器产生振动的原因,对其进行了改进,将花键套管加长,改变花键轴槽尾端尺寸,并调整差动装置输出齿轮与筒管齿轮的传动比,基本消除了振动,降低了噪声,延长了使用寿命。

Generating reasons of universal joint vibration in roving frame were analyzed, and several innovations were done, such as elongating spline double pipe, exchanging spline vat size and adjusting gear ratio of output gear ＆ bobbin gear. Vibration is eliminated basically, noise is decreased and using life is elongated.
