摘要
首次采用化学沉淀-晶种积累长大法制备锌镍电池正极材料Ni(OH)2,重点考察了沉淀反应次数对Ni(OH)2物理性能的影响,应用SEM和XRD对制得的样品进行了检测和表征.氢氧化镍外观形貌为球形,平均粒径15μm,振实密度1.90 g/cm3.通过组装Zn/Ni模拟电池对其电化学性能进行测试,开路电压为1.95 V,放电平台电压为1.75 V,最高放电容量247 mAh/g.
The preparation of Ni( OH)2 used as a positive material for Zn/Ni batteries was introduced in this paper, in which a method of chemical deposition and crystal seeds growth was applied for the first time. The effects of the accumulate growing-up times of crystal seeds on the physical properties of Ni(OH)2 were specially studied aod the sample of Ni(OH)2 was tested and characterized by XRD and SEM. Test resuhs show that the extrinsic feature of Ni(OH)2 is spherical, the average size of the particles is 15 t,m and the tap density is 1 . 90 g/cm^3 . In order to test its electrical properties, the Zn/Ni simulative battery was assembled using the sample of Ni(OH)2 ; the results showed that the top capacity reached 247 mAh/g, the open-circuit vohage was 1.95 V and the platform of discharge voltage was 1.75 V.
