摘要
选择20种(鸡形目雉科10种和不同目10种)鸟羽,观察分析它们绒羽羽小枝的显微结构.结果表明:(1)雉科10种绒羽羽小枝形态变化甚小;(2)不同目10种绒羽羽小枝在节间长度、节的直径以及节的形态、色素分布等变化很大.这些差异可以作为鸟类的分类依据.
Selected 20 species burbles of the downy feather of birds ( 10 species in Galliformes phasianidae and the other 10 species), and observed the downy feather by means of the microbservation and measure. The results showed that (1)the difference of 10 kinds of burbles of the downy feather are resemble in the form; (2)the other 10 species burbles of the downy feather has changed remarkable in the form and diameter of nodes and pigments distributing. The difference could be regarded basis as classified-bird.
