摘要
罗拉是并条机的重要零件,传统的罗拉斜齿齿槽采用铣削加工,采用新方法研制的冷轧成形罗拉沟槽,齿面粗糙度Ra稳定在1.6μm以内;生产效率提高了12倍。从冷轧原理、轧辊设计等方面作了进一步的理论分析和工艺试验,得出了一些有用的结论。
Rollers are important parts in a drawing frame. The spiral teeth of the roller were traditionally milled. A new machining method for it is developed, by which, the surface harshness of a roller is within 1.6 μm, and production efficiency is increased by 12 times. Further theoretical analysis and experiments are made of the principle of the cold forming and design of rolling wheels, and some useful conclusions are drawn.
